The amazing thing about Boggomsbaai is that you get the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the peace, tranquility and nature of Boggomsbaai as well as being close enough to Mossel Bay town to enjoy the luxury of a restaurant, cinema, spa or other forms of entertainment if desired.
This is really for those wanting to get away from the crowds of city life or other densely populated holiday resorts. No bright lights or traffic noise - just the sound of the waves to put you to sleep at night.
Kleinbos is an eco-estate nestled amongst the fynbos, which is a large variety of bush unique to the Western Cape. Enjoy long walks on the beach or between the fynbos in the estate. Bring along your binoculars for bird watching, small antelope and of course for whale and dolphin spotting.
For the more active one's there is a mini-gym, squash court and tennis court that can be hired at your own costs. For the more adventurous there is bungee jumping just a 20 minute drive away.
The rare and endangered Oyster Catcher bird loves the Boggomsbaai area, and walking the "Oyster Catcher Trail" is a wonderful way of tracking and learning more about them and sea life. Enquiries can be done at the main office.
The house sleeps strictly 12 people. (please consult strict rate policy). There are four double rooms with Queen sized beds. The upstairs loft has 4 single beds with a bathroom and table tennis board. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is all open plan with a large fireplace. There is a huge patio with large table and chairs to enjoy the view whilst viewing whales or having a meal.
This is really getting away from it all. Come and enjoy Kleinbos 13 and re-charge your batteries and find sanity again.

| Payment Process A retainer amount will be paid by the Tenant on day of booking, which covers possible damages & breakages. The retainer amount will be decided upon by the Landlady, depending on the duration of the stay, amount of occupants & season. The retainer amount will be reimbursed to the Tenant (less damages if any), once the premises & property has been vacated, thoroughly checked, keys returned. The Tenant will supply banking details for such reimbursement.
Payments must reflect and be cleared by the bank before occupancy takes place and therefore it is important to make the payments in advance. |

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
